Maslow Abe Maslow was an avid sci-fi reader, and loved to push psychology into the future: Eupsychia. Now we seem to be triangulating on something, because both Maslow and Eupsychia are relating to music. The Zeitgeist lives.

Did you ever start that Smokers' Club? BTW since you're now doing this sci-fi thing, what are your thoughts on what the hell is his name, the crazy bastard from New England who was obsessed with ice cream, wrote about giant octopus-esque creatures, Cthulu -- what the fuck was his name? You know who I mean. Terrible writer, but freakishly fascinating ideas... Posted by deadbug There are 0 replies thus far >> (March 28, 2007 - 11:16 PM)

It all depends on who you're with... I had an odd de ja vu type movie going experience over the weekend. Have you ever gone to see a film and come away from it feeling die hard emotions in one direction and then seen in again later on and had a totally different reaction? The first time I saw Resevoir Dogs my grandmother was visiting and she kept walking through the living room whispering "dirty filth, foul mouthed trash!" not exactly under her breath. As a result, it was years later before I actually realized that the movie had a plot and wasn't just a sensationalist piece designed sepcifically to infuritate the hypocritical elderly. Then there was the time that I went to the theatre to see Mystery Men with a girl who annoyed me to no end on a regular basis, but had a car when I didn't. The movie was ruined; saw it again, laughed until I cried. On the other hand, the first time I saw Amelie I was crazy in love, and watching it again, its just not the same.

Odd and Good Thanks for making me laugh myself to tears. You and yours are verbously talented in many ways, if, as you mention incessantly, somewhat slack. Are you going to direct the next Harry Potter movie?
Please make me laugh again soon. It's not an easy thing to accomplish. Posted by scrumdidlyump There are 0 replies thus far >> (November 29, 2005 - 7:56 PM)
